Dekra Automotive appoints new managing director

Dekra Automotive, the specialist provider of vehicle inspection programmes to franchised dealers and other channels, has appointed Paul Bradbury as its new managing director.

He joins from Dekra Automotive Solutions where he was responsible for new business growth across Europe.

Bradbury has held a variety of roles within the motor sports industry, automotive component manufacturing and most recently was MD at BCA Mainland Europe.

Dekra regional executive vice president, Frederic Schmitt, said: “Paul will lead the UK expansion of our automotive business as we develop and grow our award-winning offerings in quality testing, certification and training solutions.”

Bradbury said: Dekra is well known as a leading provider in the UK of independent vehicle inspections and performance improvement programmes for OEM dealer networks.

“We have a wonderfully talented and committed team here and I am looking forward to working with our current partners and making new contacts within the key UK automotive world.”
