Ford is responsible for the UK outlets selling, servicing and supplying parts for the Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Abarth Brands.

She has served as UK operations director of Mana Premier Automobiles and its infiniti dealerships and as a market area retail director with Mercedes-Benz UK.

She has also been general sales manager with HR Owen responsible for outlets in Canary Wharf and South Kensington, representing Ferrari, Maserati, Lotus, TVR, MV Agusta and Cagiva franchises

Her appointment is one of five announced by FCA UK in a management shake-up. Iain Montgomery joins the company as sales director for Alfa Romeo and Jeep. Iain has worked with the Volkswagen Group and BMW in sales, aftersales and sales planning roles.

Andrew Tracey becomes marketing director, Alfa Romeo and Jeep and James Marsh becomes director, customer experience and commercial training.
